Another rainy, gloomy day in Baltimore.  Obviously, such weather makes us think of this lovely illustration from the Compendium Maleficarum in which a witch on an awesome demonic horse is stirring up quite a tempest!  The chapter from the Compendium dealing with malicious rain also includes a lovely anecdote about a father turning his daughter into the authorities for the crime of witchcraft after she lovingly created a shower for his cabbage patch.  For real.
