Ever wondered what the Peabody Library would look like if it was part of the colorful, sparkling world of Emerald City?  Well, we might have answer for you in the beautiful example of an artist book created by Paul Johnson and commissioned by Dr. Edgar and Betty Sweren!  Instead of offering a photo realistic example of how the library interior looks, the artist instead has created a vision that is inspiring, innovative, and, well, awesome!

We also love the form as it plays upon the notion of a tunnel book, of which the Peabody Library has several 19th century exemplars. C’mon, be colorful! Be funky! Be part of a bright literary future at the Peabody Library!
